1. Shipping
1.1. We strive to process and dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) on the next business day. However, please note that there is no guarantee of next-day delivery. If your order is out of stock your order could be delayed by 1-2 working days while we re-stock.
1.2. We primarily use DPD as our shipping carrier. The estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
1.3. Shipping fees may apply, and they will be calculated during the checkout process.
2. Returns
2.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order at info@vape258.com to initiate a return.
2.2. To be eligible for a return, the faulty product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2.3. You are responsible for shipping the faulty product back to us at the following address:

2.4. Once we receive the faulty product, we will inspect it and, if it meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement, as appropriate.
